RAIN
I woke up this morning to huge rain clouds and puddles everywhere. The rain hasn't appeared very often since I've been here but I'm almost happy to have it today. On a day where I need to sit down and do homework the rain is perfect for me. I don't dream about being outside in the sun while stuck in my dorm room studying for my next test. I'm sure everyone can agree that at some point they have felt the same way as I do. Although rain forces us to be inside, I do find rain beautiful. It becomes almost somewhat calming. On days where I've felt the worst and its raining ill just go for a walk, umbrella or not, and just focus on what's around me. I hope everyone gets a chance today to just take a walk outside, and if not today hopefully another. Rain historically has represented purity and cleansing, so let it do just that before you head back to study for your three tests this week. At Tech we all need a little time to just relax on the weekends or at night after class so please just take some time out to watch the rain, you never know what beauty you will find.Works Cited
